Here’s how to book:
- Follow the steps to fill in your credit card details and click “Buy Now.” (Please make sure you have read the full Terms and Conditions for the offer)
- We will email you an invoice confirming your purchase.
- When the offer period closes and the countdown clock reaches zero, you will receive a voucher by email. Keep in mind that the offers run for several days.
- Once you have received your voucher, you can make your booking. Simply contact the property and quote your voucher number to make your reservation.
- The last and most important step – enjoy your Getaway!

If you have specific dates in mind Getaway Lounge urges you to check with the property to ensure those dates are available before you purchase the deal.

The blackout period is time in which the property is not available for this special offer. This generally occurs when the property is expecting larger numbers of customers, sometimes on weekends, summertime or during special event/festival periods depending on their volumes. The blackout period will be clearly described in the terms and conditions of each offer.

Any additional nights would have to be booked directly with the hotel at their Best Available Rate + Taxes and Fees.
It may also be possible to book more than one package and use them back to back, if there are any restrictions on how many vouchers can be purchased, it will appear in the offer terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, our packages are for up to 2 people, if you are travelling alone the packages cannot be altered.

You would need to contact the property directly to check what additional fees may be applied to your booking. If any additional fees apply these would need to be paid directly to the hotel.

Flights are not included in our deals unless otherwise stated in the package inclusions. As our deals have been arranged directly with the properties, there is no way for us to arrange flights for you. Remember once you have received your voucher, you must contact the property to check availability and then book your flights.

These deals are exclusive to getawaylounge.com.au and cannot be purchased elsewhere, therefore due to the exclusivity of the deals full pre-payment on credit card must be taken at the time you purchase the deal.

The deals we provide through GetawayLounge.com.au are exclusive deals you cannot find elsewhere; therefore all of our deals are Non-Refundable.
If you make an offer to purchase a Voucher, and if for any reason the promotion of the Deal Terms or the availability of a Voucher on the Website is cancelled, Getaway Lounge will charge-back the full purchase price to your credit card by way of full refund.
You will not be entitled to any consideration, credit or full or partial refund of the purchase price of a Voucher which has already been issued, except as required by law, or except as provided in these Terms & Conditions.

To reset your password, please follow the below steps:
- Click onto “My Profile” on the top right hand corner of your screen
- Under “Login” hit the “Forgot Password?” link in green
- Enter your personal email address you used to sign up to GetawayLounge.com.au with, and hit “Reset”
- Your password reset details will be sent to your email address

getawaylounge.com.au is setup to recognize your computer automatically once you sign up as a member, therefore even though you are logged out of your account; your computer still remembers who you are.
If you are logged out of your account, in the top right hand corner where it states “my profile” and “my getaways” it will also state “not you?”
If you are logged in to your account, in the top right hand corner where it states “my profile” and “my getaways” it will also state “log out?”

- Login to your profile and in the right hand corner of the page, click onto 'My Profile"
- Scroll down to "Current Balance" and click on "Redeem a Getaway Lounge credit" underneath your balance
- Enter your Getaway Lounge code, and the value will be credited to your account

- Click onto “Buy Now” and log into your profile (if you haven’t already)
- On the Credit Card page where you enter your details, you need to click onto “Redeem a Getaway Lounge Credit”
- Enter your Getaway Lounge code here and the value will be taken from the total cost of the deal.
