Elephant Hills Luxury Tented Camps:

• All guests undertaking a tour and staying at Elephant Hills MUST have personal travel insurance covering them for the duration of their stay at Elephant Hills
• All bookings are subject to availability
• Rates include all taxes and service charges
• For departures on Sunday & Wednesday only customers will spend 1 night at main tented camp and 1 night at rainforest floating tented camp
• For departures on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday only customers will spend 2 night at main tented camp (rainforest floating tented camp NOT included)
• Children 1-11 years inclusive allowed (child under 4 years no charge but shares bedding with adult)
• Children under 7 years not permitted in the rainforest floating tented camp and must be confident swimmer
• Maximum capacity per room is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (Child ages 4-11 years inclusive. Child under 4 years free Of charge)
• Additional Child can be added at the rate of THB 1863 per child per night (Child age is 4-15 year old)
• Additional adult can be added at the rate of THB 10000 (AUD$335)
• Parental discretion is advised for all children under the age of 4. Please note no babysitting facilities are available
• NOTE – For tours departing WED & SUN child age is 7-14 years only
• Transfers are provided between Elephant Hills and Aquamarine Resort. Any additional Airport transfers can be booked direct with Aquamarine Resort on request
• 3 nights MUST be booked consecutively and not in a broken stay for any stay at Aquamarine Resort
• Additional nightly rates for Elephant Hills are on application with the property directly

Aquamarine Resort and Villas:

• Blackout dates:
  20/12/2011 – 10/01/2012 inclusive
• Travel is valid between 01/10/2011 – 30/10/2012 (blackout dates and surcharges apply)
• For travel 14/11/2011 – 19/12/2011 surcharge is payable of THB 4200 (AUD 140) direct to Aquamarine Resort for 2 Adults. Extra nights are THB 4400 per night (AUD 150) for 2 Adults direct to Aquamarine Resort and Villas
• For travel 11/01/2012 – 11/03/2012 surcharge is payable of THB 6700 (AUD 230) direct to Aquamarine Resort and Villas for 2 Adults. Extra nights are THB 5000 per night for 2 Adults (AUD 170) payable direct to Aquamarine Resort and Villas
• Additional adult rates vary according to travel dates as follows: 
  01/10/2011 - 13/11/2011 > THB 5625 (AUD 180)
  14/11/2011 - 19/12/2011 > THB 4600 (AUD 330)
  01/02/2012 - 29/02/2012 > THB 11500 (AUD 380)
• Additional child can be added at the advised rate of THB 3600 with extra bed. THB 1650 if sharing existing Bedding (maximum of 2 Adults and 2 Children), however Child under 4 years is free including daily breakfast 
• Maximum adults per room is 3
• A maximum of 2 children under 12 years stay with adults if utilizing existing bedding
• Baby cot is free for infants
• Rates include all taxes and service charges

Transfer Details:

• Pick up from Phuket is between approx 07:00-08:00am on the day the package tour starts. For Aquamarine Resort & Villas pick up is approx 07:45am
• Pick up from Krabi is between approx 07:00-08:00am on the day the package tour starts 
• Pick up from Phuket Airport is available - for TG201 arriving @ 09:05 hrs transfer is included. For flights later than 09.00am a private transfer is available with surcharge THB3,500 (A$110) per van one way. The latest flight should arrive by 10:00 am 
• It is approx. 3 hour transfer from Phuket to Elephant Hills. Activities commence after lunch on Day 1
• Transfers are shared seat-in-coach.
• For return transfers from Elephant Hills, they will arrive around 05:00pm in Phuket. It is recommended departure flights from Phuket on the day the tour ends should depart after 18:00 hrs
