Getaway Lounge is all about intelligent travel. Our passion is curating unforgettable experiences, both here in Australia and overseas, and offering them to our members at huge discounts. And we don’t just love to do it—we’re also incredibly good at it.

Our position is unique: We’ve inherited the contacts and the standing of Australia’s longest-running and most popular holiday show, Getaway. For two decades, Getaway has been introducing Australians to some of the world’s most precious nooks and crannies. Now, Getaway Lounge wants to send you there.

How does Getaway Lounge work?

Every week, we offer our members a handful of new travel experiences. They’ll be detailed on the site, and also emailed to your inbox. Once something grabs your eye, buying is easy. Simply fill in your credit card details and click, “Buy Now.” That’s it! You’ve purchased your holiday.

We will immediately email you an invoice to confirm your purchase. Then you’ll get another email when the deal ends—this will be your voucher, which allows you to contact the property and make your booking.

The good news is we are not just some pop-up website you know nothing about—you’ve known us for years. Getaway Lounge is owned by Nine Entertainment Co., Australia’s largest and most innovative media company. Nine Entertainment Co. owns some of your favourite media properties – Channel Nine, ACP Magazines and ninemsn. And of course, the Getaway show!

How do I become a member?

Just enter your email address and post code and you will start to receive the offers to your inbox.

Once you are in - spread the word! For every friend you refer, you will earn a $20 credit. You will receive the credit once your friend makes their first purchase.
